Position: Desktop Support Engineer (Male Only) (Married/Unmarried)

✔ Eligibility: Only Male Candidates

✔ Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 (In-Hand)

✔ Qualification: Diploma / Degree in IT Field

✔ Experience: Minimum 1 Year

📍 Location: Ludhiana (Preferred local candidates)

⏰ Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot & resolve hardware/software issues for desktops, laptops & peripherals

• Install, configure & maintain operating systems, software & hardware

• Provide technical support via phone, email & in-person

• Document issues and resolutions for future reference

• Coordinate with IT teams to resolve complex issues

• Implement & follow IT policies & procedures

🎯 Requirements:

• 1+ years of desktop support or related experience

• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS & mobile devices

• Excellent problem-solving & communication skills

• Ability to work well in a team

• Strong analytical & troubleshooting abilities

• Experience with IT service management tools

• Knowledge of cloud-based technologies

• It is a Full Time ఐటి / హార్డ్‌వేర్ / నెట్‌వర్క్ ఇంజనీర్ job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
