Job Responsibilities:
Provide L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers & IT devices
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network & system issues
Install/configure Windows OS, MS Office & Outlook
Handle tickets, user support & remote support activities
Manage Active Directory & password reset tasks
Maintain IT assets and ensure timely issue resolution
Skills Required:
Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook & basic networking knowledge
Experience in desktop troubleshooting & hardware support
Knowledge of Active Directory & ticketing tools
Good communication skills
Qualification: Graduate in IT/Computer field preferred.
