We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team at INDORISE GROUP to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹40000 - ₹45000 and a chance to work in a technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and handle servers (Windows/Linux)
Support desktops, laptops (Dell/HP), printers, and network devices
Troubleshoot hardware, software, server, and connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi)
Manage and support 10–12 email domains
Configure and maintain firewalls, security tools, and antivirus
Provide IT support for EcoGreen Software, ERP systems, CCTV, and network printers
Monitor network and server performance
Maintain IT documentation and system records
Willing to travel to Malkapur factory location
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 2 - 6 years of experience. Hands-on knowledge of operating systems, routers, LAN/WAN and diagnostic tools is essential.
