• Attend and resolve logged calls within defined turnaround times (TAT).
•Install or service products and obtain client signatures on call reports.
•Prepare and submit detailed visit reports for each service call.
•Update and maintain records of installations, collections, and inventory.
•Repair non-working assets and handle service-related grievances.
•Obtain client declarations for software issues before addressing them.
•Assist other engineers and contribute to new ideas and initiatives.
