Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer

Company: Mswipe Technologies

Experience: 3+ Years

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (depending on interview performance)

Job Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide desktop and laptop hardware/software support.

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and desktop applications.

- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, and peripheral issues.

- Configure and troubleshoot Outlook, MS Office, and email-related issues.

- Provide user support for network connectivity, LAN/Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic networking.

- Install and configure new systems, software, and IT devices.

- Handle user account management and password resets.

- Maintain IT assets and documentation.

- Coordinate with internal IT teams/vendors for issue resolution.

- Ensure timely closure of support tickets as per SLA.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Desktop Support.

- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.

- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

- Experience in hardware troubleshooting and printer support.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and provide end-user support.

Salary Budget: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Work Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
