1. To install, configure, and set up new desktops, laptops, and other IT equipment as per company requirements.

2. To troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to computers, laptops, printers, CCTV, biometric systems, servers, UPS, and internet connectivity.

3. To perform regular preventive maintenance of IT equipment and ensure proper functioning of all IT assets.

4. To maintain IT asset records, including inventory, allocation, repairs, replacements, and service history.

5. To coordinate with vendors for IT hardware procurement, repairs, maintenance, and technical support as required.

6. To manage and maintain the company's DMS (Document Management System) and file storage system, including user support and training.

7. To provide technical support for Zoho applications and other commonly used software such as MS Office, AutoCAD, and PDF tools.

8. To perform regular server and data backups, maintain backup records, and submit reports to the Reporting Manager.

9. To manage user access, antivirus, firewall, VPN, and other IT security measures to ensure data protection and confidentiality.

10. To monitor IT-related issues and tickets, ensure timely resolution within defined SLA timelines, and follow up on pending issues.

11. To support IT-related ISO documentation, process implementation, MIS reporting, and other compliance requirements.

12. To identify IT improvement requirements and suggest necessary hardware, software, and system upgrades based on business needs.
