Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems, software, and hardware
• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
• Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues
• Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures
Requirements:
• 6+ Months of experience in desktop support or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile devices
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with IT service management tools
• Knowledge of cloud-based technologies
