Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer – L1
Experience : 1–2years of experience in Desktop Support
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS and standard applications
Handle user queries related to IT issues via calls, emails, or tickets
Basic network troubleshooting (LAN/Wi-Fi issues)
Manage user accounts, passwords, and access rights
Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for issue escalation
