Job Title: IT Support Executive
Location: Mumbai

Job Summary
Manage IT onboarding and offboarding of employees.

• Create, reset, modify, and deactivate official email IDs, passwords, and user access.

• Allocate IT assets to employees and maintain asset handover records.

• Deactivate employee accounts and verify return of IT assets during offboarding.

• Maintain and update IT asset inventory reports for all company centers.

• Conduct monthly IT asset audits and ensure devices are in proper working condition.

• Maintain records of damaged, faulty, missing, or non-functional IT devices.

• Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, keyboards, mice, and other peripherals.

• Troubleshoot LAN, internet, network, and Wi-Fi connectivity issues.

• Install, configure, and update Windows, drivers, and authorized software.

• Detect, remove, and prevent viruses, malware, and other security threats.

• Coordinate with IT vendors for procurement, repairs, servicing, warranty claims, and replacements.

• Visit company centers for IT asset verification, inventory checks, and technical support.

• Maintain accurate records of asset name, model, serial number, and assigned user.

• Ensure regular preventive maintenance, system health checks, and timely issue resolution.

• Assist with CRM-related technical queries whenever required.

• Ensure proper documentation and smooth IT operations across all company locations.
