Desktop Support Engineer

Desktop Support Associate with 6+ months work experience required in a group of companies having NBFC & capital market entity located at Nariman Point , Mumbai

JD:

- Install and maintain computers, servers, and other IT equipment

- Perform regular check-ups and replace faulty parts to avoid downtime

- Diagnose and repair hardware issues (e.g., overheating, power supply problems, component failure)

- Set up and fix Wi-Fi networks, printers, and other office devices

- Identify and resolve network problems, including VLAN issues and cable faults

- Apply and follow IT security procedures for both hardware and software

- Manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions using Active Directory and Microsoft 365

- Provide technical support to staff and ensure timely resolution of IT issues

Salary up to Rs 20,000 per month (can be slightly increased depending upon the caliber)
