We are looking for a Computer Hardware Engineer to join our team at Viha Enterprise to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹8000 - ₹12000 and a chance to work in a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain computer systems, networks and hardware

• Diagnose and fix hardware/software issues

• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity problems

• Install and configure operating systems and security tools

• Maintain documentation for IT procedures and system updates

• Knowledge of computers and other hardware devices.

• Technical Certifications Preferred.

• Basic knowledge of product/service and skill to troubleshoot a very basic issue like password reset, software installation/uninstallation/reinstallation.

• Graduation in any Stream, Customer-oriented attitude & Good Team Player.

• Ability to Travel and work after hours on need basis.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0 - 0.5 years of experience. Hands-on knowledge of operating systems, routers, LAN/WAN and diagnostic tools is essential.

• It is a Full Time ఐటి / హార్డ్‌వేర్ / నెట్‌వర్క్ ఇంజనీర్ job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
