Location: MUMBAI , Andheri (East)
Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with hands-on knowledge can also apply)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Diagnose and repair hardware issues (motherboard, RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, etc.)
OS installation & configuration (Windows 10/11)
Basic networking support (LAN, Wi-Fi, router, switch configuration)
Coordinate with vendors for warranty and RMA cases
On-site and off-site technical support as required
Maintain service reports and inventory records

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of computer hardware components
Basic networking and system troubleshooting skills
Ability to identify and resolve hardware faults independently
Good communication and customer-handling skills

Preferred Qualifications:

12th Pass With Hardware Diploma / ITI / BCA / BSc IT or equivalent
Hardware & Networking certification (optional, added advantage)

Salary: As per experience + incentives
Joining: Immediate / Within 15 days preferred
