This is Office & Field Ratio of working

Richi Rich Computer- It Supports the Company Requires an IT Support Engineer who is passionate about Learn New technologies &•working in the field,• selected Person will have to give timely & flawless Service over the Phone, online or in Person. He will have to record & Document all the Incidents & Processes done using Tools & CRM. Office location -•Sion, Mumbai•

Expertise:

1. Assembling & troubleshooting Hardware

2. Software Installation – (Win 10, Win11… & Ms office)

3. Configuring Email in MS Outlook with PST Location in Data Drive

4. Tally Multi-user with Data Path Configuration

5. Antivirus Standalone & Console

6. Printer & scanner Installation (Network Support)

7. Router Configuration (with Security Setting)
