Role Description This is a full-time Technical Support Executive role in a hybrid work arrangement, based in Mumbai. The Technical Support Executive will handle day-to-day customer queries related to Thin Client, Desktop Systems, Mini PC & AIO products, providing technical support via phone, email, and remote access tools. Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, guiding customers through solutions, and escalating complex problems to senior technical teams when required. The role also involves documenting support cases, maintaining accurate records of issues and resolutions, and collaborating with internal teams to improve products and support processes. The Technical Support Executive is expected to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely resolution of technical problems.

Qualifications

• Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose, analyze, and resolve product-related issues.

• Proven Customer Support and Customer Service experience, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and empathetically.

• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret technical information, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users.

• Relevant educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.

• Prior experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles is preferred; certification in hardware, networking, or cloud technologies is an advantage.
