Job Summary:
The Hardware Technician is responsible for installation, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and support of computer hardware, CCTV systems, networking devices, printers, and other IT equipment at customer locations and in the service center.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of PC hardware troubleshooting.
CCTV installation and DVR/NVR configuration.
Basic networking and IP configuration.
Printer installation and troubleshooting.
Windows installation and software configuration.
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Ability to travel for field service.
