Civil draughtsman

We are looking for a detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to supervise and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily site activities and monitor progress.

- Ensure works are executed as per drawings, specifications, and standards.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

- Conduct quality checks and enforce safety regulations.

- Prepare site reports, measurement sheets, and progress updates.

- Resolve technical issues and provide on-site solutions.

- Track material usage and optimize resource allocation.

- Assist in planning and scheduling of construction tasks.

- Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

- 2–5 years of site experience in building or infrastructure projects.

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
