Job Title: Graphic and Website Developer
Roles & Responsibilities:
Plan and develop web designs, templates, and layouts.

Create storyboards, sitemaps, and edit website images.

Present web design ideas and structure to clients.

Work with frontend developers to deploy website changes.

Collaborate with the dev team to resolve design roadblocks.

Ensure user-friendly and requirement-driven designs.

Manage multiple projects and advise on deliverables.

Establish design guidelines for the team.

Align designs with branding guidelines.

Coordinate with web designers for seamless functionality.

Actively contribute to SEO efforts.

Bring innovative and creative ideas to web design.

Integrate server-side components and APIs.

Design, deploy, and maintain databases.

Participate in all phases of the application lifecycle with a focus on coding/debugging.

Enhance existing apps using innovative techniques.

Manage technical and design requirements.

Develop useful features with team collaboration.

Test and optimize UI for better performance.

Write clean, functional code for web apps.

Troubleshoot application issues.

Create reusable code and libraries.

Provide internal training and support.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or related field

Experience as Web Graphic Designer, Web Designer, or Visual Designer

Skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, JSS, and WordPress

Experience with Backend development with Python, JavaScript, Java, and Node.js

Experience with Frontend development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap 5

Experience with MySQL or MongoDB

Knowledge of Docker for server management

Strong design portfolio

Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW

Knowledge of SEO principles

Good communication and attention to detail
