We are looking for an experienced and creative Website Designer to design and develop a professional, attractive, and user-friendly website for our online boutique.

Experience

2–5+ years of relevant experience in website design and e-commerce development, preferably with experience working with fashion, clothing, lifestyle, or boutique brands.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop a modern, elegant, and mobile-friendly e-commerce website.

Create a visually appealing website that reflects our boutique’s brand identity and style.

Ensure a smooth and easy shopping experience for customers.

Set up product pages, categories, filters, shopping cart, checkout, and payment options.

Optimize the website for mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.

Integrate essential features such as WhatsApp, social media, customer reviews, coupons, and order tracking where required.

Ensure fast loading speed, user-friendly navigation, and basic SEO optimization.

Upload and organize product images, descriptions, prices, sizes, and other product information.

Coordinate with us to understand our design preferences and business requirements.

Test the website thoroughly before launch and fix any technical or design issues.

Provide basic training/support so we can manage products and orders after launch.

Requirements

Proven experience designing and developing e-commerce websites.

Strong portfolio demonstrating previous website projects.

Experience with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, or similar e-commerce platforms.

Good understanding of UI/UX and responsive web design.

Knowledge of SEO, website speed optimization, and security best practices.

Strong attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics.

Ability to understand and translate a brand's vision into a website.

Good communication skills and ability to meet agreed deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Experience working with fashion boutiques, clothing brands, jewellery brands, beauty brands, or other lifestyle businesses will be an advantage.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the website project from design to launch, rather than simply creating a basic website. The ideal candidate should understand both aesthetics and e-commerce functionality and be able to create a website that looks premium while also helping convert visitors into customers.
