Job title: E-commerce & Performance Marketing Specialist
Job description
You will be the operational backbone of our Shopify store and the engine behind our paid advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for handling backend store stability and product listings, setting up and optimizing high-converting campaigns across Meta, Google, and emerging digital channels.
1.Shopify Store Management & Backend Operations
• Catalog & Inventory: Upload, update, and manage high-quality product listings, ensuring accurate variants, stock counts, pricing, and compelling, SEO-friendly product descriptions.
• Store Maintenance. Monitor site health, page load speeds, and mobile responsiveness. Implement and manage essential Shopify apps (reviews, cross-selling, customer loyalty, WhatsApp automation).
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continually audit the storefront user Experience, navigation, and checkout flows to reduce drop-offs and maximize average order value (AOV).
2.Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram): End-to-end management of Meta ad suites. Set up target audiences, manage lookalikes, structure retargeting funnels, and test ad angles that celebrate the craftsmanship of our products.
• Google Ads: Own Google Search, Performance Max (PMax), and Google Shopping campaigns. Manage the Google Merchant Center product feed to ensure handicraft items surface accurately for high-intent search queries.
• Budget & ROAS Management: Efficiently manage daily and monthly ad spend across platforms, constantly optimizing for lower Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and stronger Return on Ad Spend (ROAS
3.Analytics, SEO, & Strategy
• Data Analysis: Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Shopify Analytics to track user behavior, traffic attribution, and conversion funnels.
• Reporting. Maintain a clear, data-driven weekly performance dashboard highlighting traffic, ad spend, sales, customer acquisition costs, and retention metrics
• On-Page SEO: Optimize metadata, image Alt-text, and collection tags to build sustainable organic search traffic
Required Skills & Experience
Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience managing a Shopify store and running paid media for an e-commerce/DTC brand. (Experience in home décor, art, apparel, or premium lifestyle products is a huge plus).
