Design and maintain responsive, visually appealing websites
Create user-friendly layouts with strong UX/UI principles
Develop websites using platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or custom HTML/CSS
Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO
Update website content, graphics, and functionality as needed
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, social media)
Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and technical SEO strategies
Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms
Monitor analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console, social insights) and prepare performance reports
Design graphics, banners, landing pages, and marketing materials
Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
Collaborate with content writers and marketing teams on campaigns
Proven experience in website design and digital marketing
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (preferred)
Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, etc.)
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and conversion optimization
Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Canva
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media ad platforms
Strong communication and time-management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Marketing, or a related field
Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
Experience with A/B testing and CRO strategies
Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics
