Job వివరణ

We are looking for a skilled PHP Developer / MySQL & Customer Support Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot PHP-based web applications.

Design, optimize, and manage MySQL databases.

Fix bugs and improve application performance.

Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote access.

Assist customers with software setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Coordinate with the development team to resolve customer issues.

Maintain proper documentation of support tickets and solutions.

Requirements:

Good knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.

Experience with database design and query optimization.

Basic understanding of Linux servers and web hosting.

Strong communication and customer handling skills.

Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Freshers with good technical knowledge can also apply.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with CRM, Dialer, VoIP, Asterisk, Knowledge of API integration and web services.

Understanding of Git version control.
