Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive and engaging user experiences across web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to turn ideas into seamless digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs.

• Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows.

• Design high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile platforms that are visually compelling and user-centered.

• Present design concepts and articulate design rationale to cross-functional teams.

• Translate business goals into intuitive digital experiences.

• Maintain and iterate UI/UX design systems, style guides, and asset libraries.

• Stay updated with industry trends, accessibility standards, and best design practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Visual Communications, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating user research, wireframes, prototypes, and visual design.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

• Excellent understanding of interaction design principles and responsive design.

• Analytical problem-solver with strong communication skills.

• Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) standards.

Preferred

• Experience with design systems and component libraries.

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for collaboration with developers.

• Experience in agile product environments.

• It is a Full Time గ్రాఫిక్ / వెబ్ డిజైనర్ job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
