1. Strong Senior Graphic Designer Profile from a B2C/D2C/Consumer products background with AI exposure

2. Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 7+ years of graphic design experience, with at least the recent 4+ years in B2C/D2C/Consumer brands (preferably FMCG, personal care, lifestyle)

3. Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience designing for marketplace/e-commerce listings (Amazon, Flipkart) — product images, banners, A+ content, and promotional creatives

4. Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have hands-on experience across social media campaigns, digital ads, and brand communication in multiple formats

5. Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have hands-on experience with packaging, labels, cartons, and product-related design

6. Mandatory (Skill 1): Must have strong design fundamentals — typography, composition, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy

7. Mandatory (Skill 2): Must be able to work independently, taking a brief from requirement to final execution, including from Excel sheets, Word docs, PPTs, emails, or verbal discussions

8. Mandatory (Tools 1): Must have strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and the broader Creative Suite

9. Mandatory (Tools 2): Must be able to use AI-based creative and image-generation tools for ideation, visualisation, and productivity

10. Mandatory (Portfolio): Portfolio is mandatory and must demonstrate work across e-commerce, campaigns, social media, and packaging

11. Mandatory (Collaboration): Must be comfortable working directly with marketing managers, category teams, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders rather than depending only on formal creative briefs

12. Mandatory (Company): B2C/D2C/Consumer product companies

13. Preferred (Tools): Knowledge of Premiere Pro or After Effects.
