Position Summary

Shelar Training Institute is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Project Coordinator – who will be responsible for achieving admission targets, coordinating with the counseling team, managing student inquiries, and ensuring smooth execution of admission campaigns and training projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual student admission targets.

• Coordinate with the admission counselors, telecallers, mobilizers, and marketing team.

• Generate admissions through walk-ins, follow-ups, seminars, school/college visits, and referral activities.

• Maintain daily records of inquiries, counseling, admissions, and conversions.

• Plan and execute admission campaigns and promotional activities.

• Coordinate with trainers and the operations team to ensure smooth batch planning.

• Conduct counseling sessions and explain course details, fees, scholarships, and career opportunities.

• Build relationships with schools, colleges, NGOs, industries, and placement partners to generate admissions.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission and project reports.

• Ensure timely collection of admission documents and fee payments.

• Resolve student queries and provide excellent pre- and post-admission support.

• Support placement and internship coordination whenever required.

• Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the management.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in admissions, education, project coordination, counseling, or business development.

• Experience in educational institutes or skill development organizations will be preferred.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

• Strong counseling and convincing abilities.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.

• Leadership and team coordination skills.

• Strong planning, reporting, and documentation skills.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives (Based on experience and admission achievements)

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• It is a Full Time గ్రాఫిక్ / వెబ్ డిజైనర్ job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
