Lamination Expert – Job Description

• Operate lamination machines to ensure high-quality finishing of photos and photobooks as per company standards

• Perform lamination processes with precision, ensuring no bubbles, wrinkles, or defects in the final output

• Conduct thorough quality checks on photobooks and printed materials before and after lamination

• Identify and rectify minor defects, ensuring only premium-quality products are dispatched

• Handle packaging of completed photobooks and photo products with care to avoid any damage during transit

• Maintain consistency in output quality while managing bulk orders within defined timelines

• Work closely with the production and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery

• Ensure proper handling, storage, and organization of materials within the warehouse

• Follow safety guidelines while operating machines and handling equipment

• Perform routine maintenance checks and basic troubleshooting of lamination machines

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace to support efficient operations
