Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create engaging static, digital and motion-based creatives for both digital and offline marketing initiatives, including retail branding, in-store visibility materials, point-of-sale (POSM) collaterals, standees, danglers, kiosks, display units, event branding, and exhibition creatives.

• Ensure all retail and offline creative executions adhere to brand guidelines while maximizing visibility and consumer engagement.

• Coordinate with external vendors, printers, fabricators, and production agencies to ensure accurate execution of creative designs and timely delivery of marketing materials.

• Manage projects from concept development through final execution while meeting deadlines.

• Utilize AI-powered creative tools to support ideation, design enhancement, content generation, and workflow efficiency.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and AI advancements relevant to the creative industry.

Required Skills & Software Expertise

Design Software

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe Illustrator

• CorelDRAW

• Adobe InDesign (preferred)

Video Editing Software

• Adobe Premiere Pro

• Adobe After Effects

• Final Cut Pro (preferred)

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and sound editing

Additional Requirements

• Working knowledge of AI-powered creative tools and platforms for design, image generation, video creation, content enhancement, and creative automation.

• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, color theory, and visual communication.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.

• 4–5 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.

• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design and video projects.

• Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and work under tight deadlines.

• It is a Full Time గ్రాఫిక్ / వెబ్ డిజైనర్ job for candidates with 4 - 6+ years Experience.
