About the Role

Blix Technologies is looking for a creative and skilled Motion Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into engaging visual content. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of animation, graphic design, storytelling, and social media content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, reels, videos, and promotional creatives.

• Develop visual concepts based on marketing and branding requirements.

• Design animated content for social media, websites, advertisements, presentations, and campaigns.

• Work with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements.

• Create transitions, typography animations, visual effects, and other motion elements.

• Edit and enhance video content when required.

• Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.

• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Stay updated with the latest design, animation, and social media trends.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Strong understanding of motion graphics, animation, typography, composition, and color.

• Basic knowledge of video editing and sound synchronization.

• Creative thinking and strong visual storytelling skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Good communication and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• Experience creating social media reels, advertisements, explainer videos, and promotional content.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics and animation projects.
