Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement public relations strategies to promote the company's services and events.
Build and maintain relationships with media professionals, journalists, educational institutions, and industry stakeholders.
Draft and distribute press releases, media notes, and official communications.
Coordinate press coverage for seminars, expos, workshops, and educational events.
Manage the company's reputation across social media and online platforms.
Organize press conferences, media interactions, and promotional activities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns and brand stories.
Monitor media coverage and prepare PR performance reports.
Handle crisis communication and respond to public inquiries when required.
Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility through partnerships and community engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or Marketing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Knowledge of media outreach, event management, and digital communication.
Proficiency in social media platforms and MS Office.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
