Job Summary
We’re seeking an experienced and self-directed Graphic Designer who can visually compelling designs across print and digital platforms using a range of tools including Adobe Creative Suite with expert level InDesign and Photoshop. This role requires initiative, innovation, and the ability to manage multiple design projects from concept to delivery without day-to-day supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Create and refine high-quality visual assets across children books, brochures, presentations, social media, packaging, and digital templates.
Design and format templates in MS PowerPoint for various booklets.
Design and produce social media assets including static posts, carousels, reels, short‑form videos, thumbnails, and platform‑specific visuals optimized for engagement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product and vendors
Manage multiple projects independently, from intake to final execution, ensuring deadlines and quality benchmarks are met.
Source and manipulate imagery, illustrations, icons, and type layouts for various formats.
Prepare files for print production and digital publication.
Required Skills & Proficiencies
Adobe InDesign (Mandatory, Expert Level)

CorelDRAW (Optional, Intermediate Level)
Canva and other cloud-based design platforms
MS PowerPoint template design and layout customization
Strong sense of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
Ability to work independently and with team and manage multiple priorities
Excellent attention to detail and a strong aesthetic judgment
Desired Profile
fresher to 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house)
A well-organized portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work
Strong problem-solving ability and ownership mindset
Clear communicator, comfortable working in a feedback-rich environment
