Job Title: Graphic designer & Video Editor

What You’ll Do

● Design static posts, carousels, and visual assets for social media platforms

● Copy writing for social & ads

● Shoot and edit reels and short-form videos (phone is fine)

● Cover VRO events, launches, BTS, brand Ips, etc (shoot + edit)

● Translate brand ideas into clean, minimal visuals

● Collaborate closely with the social & marketing team

● Maintain visual consistency across platforms

What We’re Looking For

● Strong visual sense and storytelling ability

● Can make content sound funny & feel relatable through humorous copy writing & meme marketing

● Can use AI tools for image & video generations

● Comfortable with shooting & editing (basic gear + phone works)

● Good understanding of Instagram formats & trends (without chasing noise)

● Ability to work fast without compromising taste

● Someone who enjoys being on-ground, not just behind a screen

Bonus (Not Mandatory)

● On-camera comfort (vox-pop, casual interviews, conversations)

● Experience creating lifestyle or culture-led content like memes

● Understanding of men’s fashion, grooming, fitness, or lifestyle spaces
