We are looking for a smart, organised, and proactive female candidate with excellent communication skills and a strong command of computers to manage our office administration and coordinate with our various offices across India. Kindly send resumes only to me.

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration: Manage day-to-day office operations, maintain records, organise documents and ensure the smooth functioning of the office.

Inter-office Coordination: Coordinate with our various offices across India, follow up on pending activities and ensure timely communication and execution of tasks.

Computer & Excel Skills: Maintain data, prepare reports, manage spreadsheets and handle routine documentation using MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Design & Presentation: Prepare professional presentations, business documents, brochures, marketing materials and other communication collateral using suitable design tools.

Communication: Handle emails, telephone calls, correspondence and internal communication in professional English.

Reporting & Follow-up: Maintain trackers for pending tasks, deadlines and action points, and follow up with the concerned teams to ensure timely completion.

Documentation & Filing: Maintain organised physical and digital records, company documents, reports and correspondence.

Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, prepare meeting notes and follow up on action points.

Management Support: Assist management with administrative assignments, reports, presentations and other tasks as required.

Confidentiality & Professionalism: Handle company information responsibly and maintain professional conduct in all internal and external communications.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Basic to good design skills, with knowledge of tools such as Canva, CorelDRAW or Adobe applications preferred.

Strong organisational, communication and coordination skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritise work and meet deadlines.

A proactive attitude, attention to detail and willingness to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with different teams and offices.
