Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2–4 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong visual design skills, a solid understanding of branding, and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual assets across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing and communication materials including social media creatives, banners, brochures, presentations, ads, and website assets

• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design outputs

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements

• Create design concepts, layouts, and visuals based on creative briefs

• Revise designs based on feedback while meeting deadlines

• Prepare final files for print and digital publication

• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition

• Experience designing for both digital and print media

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Good communication and collaboration skills

• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)

• Familiarity with UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD)

• Knowledge of social media design requirements and digital marketing

• Experience working in an agency or fast-paced environment
