Job Description – Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive who can handle both visual design and social media content. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, understand current social media trends, and be able to create engaging content for a lifestyle and sports eyewear brand.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Create social media creatives for Instagram, Facebook, Amazon, website, and marketing campaigns.

• Design posts, stories, carousels, banners, advertisements, promotional creatives, and product visuals.

• Maintain OpticsFit's brand identity, typography, colours, and visual consistency.

• Create creatives for product launches, seasonal sales, offers, contests, and campaigns.

• Work closely with the marketing team to convert ideas and briefs into high-quality designs.

• Edit and enhance product images when required.

Social Media

• Plan and execute social media content in coordination with the marketing team.

• Create and manage Reels, Stories, Posts, and Carousels.

• Research trending formats, sounds, references, and content ideas.

• Write basic captions, hooks, and social media copy.

• Coordinate with photographers, models, influencers, and content creators.

• Monitor competitors and identify new content opportunities.

• Track basic social media performance and engagement.

• Support influencer campaigns and brand collaborations.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Knowledge of Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut is an advantage.

• Good understanding of Instagram and other social media platforms.

• Strong sense of typography, composition, colours, and visual storytelling.

• Basic knowledge of video editing and short-form content.

• Ability to understand a creative brief and deliver within deadlines.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design and social media is preferred.

• Freshers with a strong portfolio may also be considered.
