We're looking for creative candidates who want real agency exposure and hands-on learning.
Key responsibilities:
1. Design engaging social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
2. Create & edit reels and short-form videos
3. Work on AI-generated video reels and creative concepts
4. Assist in planning visual content strategies
5. Maintain brand aesthetics and design consistency
6. Create animations, visual effects, and other motion graphic elements using industry-standard software.
7. Stay updated with social media trends & reel formats

What we’re looking for:
1. Proven 1-3 years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing creative motion graphics projects.
3. Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Canva, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite.
4. Solid understanding of design principles, animation, and visual storytelling.
5. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
6. Strong communication skills to effectively present and explain creative concepts
