Job Title: Graphic Designer (Catalogue & Branding Specialist)

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to lead the visual identity of our brand. The primary focus of this role is to design and produce a high-quality, professional service catalogue (digital and print) that showcases our salon-at-home offerings. You will be responsible for everything from conceptualizing the layout to selecting the perfect typography and retouching imagery to ensure a premium feel.

Key Responsibilities

Catalogue Design: Conceptualize, layout, and design a multi-page service catalogue that is easy to navigate and visually stunning.

Brand Identity: Maintain and evolve our brand guidelines (logos, color palettes, and fonts) across all marketing materials.

Marketing Collateral: Create engaging designs for social media (Instagram/Facebook), flyers, brochures, and digital advertisements.

Photo Editing: Retouch and enhance service/product images to ensure they meet brand standards for the catalogue.

Print Coordination: Prepare "print-ready" files (CMYK, bleed, margins) and coordinate with vendors to ensure the final physical catalogue is high quality.

Collaboration: Work closely with the founder to translate business goals into effective visual communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe InDesign (essential for catalogues), Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Layout Expertise: A strong understanding of grid systems, visual hierarchy, and typography specifically for long-form documents.

Attention to Detail: Ability to manage complex pricing tables and service descriptions without errors.

Creativity: A portfolio that demonstrates a "glamorous" or premium aesthetic suitable for the beauty and wellness industry.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Preferred Experience

Previous experience designing catalogues for retail, hospitality, or beauty brands.

Basic knowledge of photography or art direction.

Familiarity with digital publishing tools for interactive PDF catalogues.

Total Experience required 2-3 years
