Role Overview: 

We are seeking a skilled and imaginative Designer to develop innovative, commercially viable designs for a wide range of interior textile applications. The role involves translating concepts into print formats suited for our unique product range, ensuring alignment with market trends and brand aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct trend research and in-depth market analysis to understand evolving customer and industry demands.

• Generate innovative print and surface pattern designs for printed fabrics tailored to our product line.

• Explore and experiment with textures, colors, patterns, and techniques to develop fresh and unique print directions.

• Design repeat patterns and develop print layouts. Retouching & Image Extension. 

• Research inspirations and create prints using scanning, redrawing, recoloring, and software tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator etc.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production and Sales to align design outputs with commercial goals.

• Maintain awareness of current and emerging trends in fashion, interior decor, fabrics, and techniques.

• Work within defined budgets and timelines while ensuring high standards of creativity.

• Participate in collection planning by deciding seasonal themes and contributing ideas toward range development.

• Regularly liaison with the Production team to ensure design execution matches the creative vision and technical specifications.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Any Graduate .

• Software Proficiency: Adobe Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop.

• Strong knowledge of textile structures, printing techniques, and material behavior.

• Passion for creativity with an eye for colors, composition, and detail.

• Ability to research independently and translate inspirations into viable commercial designs.

• Excellent time management, teamwork, and communication skills.

• It is a Full Time గ్రాఫిక్ / వెబ్ డిజైనర్ job for candidates with Freshers.
