Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and strategic Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for bringing our brand to life through high-impact visuals across digital and print platforms. In this role, you won't just "make things look pretty"—you will solve communication problems, use AI-assisted workflows to accelerate production, and ensure our brand remains consistent and innovative in a fast-paced market.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Identity: Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity, including logos, typography, and color palettes.
Digital Content: Design engaging assets for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), email marketing, and web banners.
Motion & Video: Create simple motion graphics and edited video snippets to increase engagement on digital channels.
AI Integration: Utilize AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Mi journey, Figma AI) to streamline ideation, asset generation, and repetitive tasks.
Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to translate strategic goals into high-quality design solutions.
Print Production: Design and prep files for physical collateral, such as packaging, signage, and brochures, ensuring technical accuracy.
Feedback & Iteration: Present design concepts to stakeholders and refine work based on constructive feedback and performance data.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
Design Fundamentals: Strong grasp of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
AI Literacy: Experience using generative AI tools within a professional design workflow.
Soft Skills: Excellent time management, attention to detail, and the ability to explain the "why" behind your design choices.
Portfolio: A professional portfolio showcasing a range of projects (web, print, branding, and ideally some motion).
Preferred "Bonus" Skills
Experience with 3D modeling or AR filters.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or UI/UX principles.
Photography or videography skills.
