About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with video editing and branding expertise. This role goes beyond basic design — you will be responsible for shaping visual identity, brand consistency, and storytelling across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be able to:
• Translate ideas into high-impact visuals
• Build strong brand identity systems
• Create engaging video content for marketing and social media

Key Responsibilities Graphic Design & Visual Content
• Design creatives for:
o Social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
o Website banners & landing pages
o Marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations)
o Ad creatives (Google Ads, Meta Ads)

Branding & Logo Design (Added Role)
• Create and evolve brand identities
• Design logos, brand kits, and visual systems
• Ensure consistency across all touchpoints
• Define typography, color systems, and brand guidelines

Video Editing & Motion Content
• Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts)
• Create promotional and marketing videos
• Add transitions, effects, text overlays, and sound design
• Handle basic motion graphics and animations
• Optimize content for multiple platforms Collaboration & Execution
• Work with internal teams on campaigns and concepts
• Iterate quickly based on feedback
• Manage multiple projects with deadlines
• Stay updated with latest design & video trends

Required Skills & Tools Design Tools
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Figma / Canva

Video Editing Tools (Important)
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• CapCut / VN / similar tools

Core Design Skills
• Typography
• Color Theory
• Layout & Composition
• Visual Storytelling

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in branding and logo design
• Experience handling social media creatives
• Strong portfolio (Design + Video work – Mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree (any stream)
• Good communication skills
• Certification in design/editing (optional but preferred)
