Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer who has hands-on experience in brand building and social media design. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design and the ability to create visuals that not only look good but also drive engagement and build brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality posters, banners, and social media creatives

• Create high-converting YouTube thumbnails

• Design professional logos and brand identities

• Create attractive cover images (Facebook, YouTube, etc.)

• Work on branding projects and maintain visual consistency

• Collaborate with the content and marketing team

• Stay updated with the latest design trends

Requirements

• Must have a degree/diploma/certification in Graphic Design or related field

• Proven experience in brand building and identity design

• Strong portfolio showcasing thumbnails, logos, and social media creatives

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (or similar professional tools)

• Good understanding of color theory, typography, and layout

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects

Preferred Skills

• Experience in YouTube thumbnail design (CTR-focused)

• Understanding of branding and audience psychology

• Basic knowledge of video editing (a plus)
