Role overview

We are looking for a creative, hands-on professional who can independently design high-quality artwork and produce authentic photo and video content for Rungta’s brands. The candidate must be comfortable filming in real locations, interacting with people and appearing on camera when required. This is an execution-focused role—not an agency-management position.

Key responsibilities

• Graphic design: Create original social media posts, campaign creatives, posters, retail/BTL artworks, banners, brochures, presentations and other brand communication assets.

• Video and reel production: Develop concepts, write simple scripts/storyboards, shoot original footage and edit short-form videos/reels from start to finish. Content should be real footage—not primarily AI-generated video.

• On-camera participation: Confidently speak, present, demonstrate products or participate in videos when the concept requires it.

• Field content shoots: Visit markets, retail outlets, distributors, events and other locations to capture authentic product, trade, consumer and brand stories; coordinate basic shoot logistics.

• Photography and editing: Capture usable photos/videos with a smartphone or camera; handle composition, lighting and audio; edit footage with captions, music, cuts and formats suited to each platform.

• Ideas and research: Research consumers, competitor campaigns and platform trends; proactively propose relevant, original content ideas for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.

• Print-ready artwork: Prepare technically correct files for printers, with appropriate dimensions, bleed, resolution, colour mode and output formats; understand basic printing and packaging-production requirements.

Essential skills

• Design tools: Strong hands-on Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw skills, supported by a portfolio of original work.

• Video tools: Ability to edit reels/videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar software.

• Production confidence: Comfort with real-world shooting, approaching subjects professionally, obtaining permission when needed, and appearing on camera.

• Communication: Good Hindi communication skills; functional English for scripts, briefs and coordination.

Preferred / added advantage

• Relevant exposure: Experience with FMCG/consumer brands, retail marketing, creative agencies or digital content teams.

• Marketing understanding: Working familiarity with social media content formats, basic digital advertising concepts and content-performance metrics.

• Additional tools: Adobe After Effects, motion graphics, basic photography equipment and print-production workflows.

What success looks like

• Independent delivery: Consistent supply of original, brand-appropriate designs and finished videos with minimal rework.

• Useful field content: Regular real-world content from markets, retailers, distributors, events and consumer interactions.

• Creative contribution: Practical, research-backed ideas that make Rungta Tea communication more engaging and credible.

• Execution quality: Timely completion of agreed assignments and technically accurate digital and print files.

Selection process

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to share a design portfolio and samples of videos they personally shot and edited. A short practical evaluation may include: (1) one brand creative, and (2) one original 30–45-second reel featuring real footage and optional on-camera presentation.

Travel: Local market visits and occasional outstation shoots may be required. Compensation is indicative and will depend on the candidate’s demonstrated capabilities.
