Royal Growth Marketing (RGM) is looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer Intern to join our growing team!

If you love creating eye-catching social media creatives, have a good design sense, and are eager to learn while working on real client projects, we'd love to hear from you.

📍 Location: Gomti Nagar, Lucknow (Work From Office)

What You'll Do

• Design engaging social media posts, carousels, and ad creatives.

• Create creatives for Meta Ads campaigns.

• Maintain brand consistency across client projects.

• Work closely with the Social Media and Performance Marketing teams.

• Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, and promotional assets.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry best practices.

• Incorporate feedback and deliver revisions within project timelines.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Canva.

• Understanding of typography, colors, layouts, and visual hierarchy.

• Creative thinking with attention to detail.

• Willingness to learn and grow.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks.

Bonus Skills

• Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro

• Figma

• AI design tools

• Motion graphics

• Basic video editing
