Job Description: Graphic Designer (Food Production, Café & Restaurant)Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with prior experience in the food production, café, restaurant, or hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs that strengthen brand identity, support marketing initiatives, and enhance customer engagement across both digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing and promotional materials for cafés, restaurants, bakeries, and food production brands.

• Create visually appealing menus, menu boards, packaging, labels, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and point-of-sale (POS) materials.

• Develop digital content for social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, and online advertisements.

• Design branding assets including logos, brand guidelines, and visual identity elements for new and existing concepts.

• Produce graphics for seasonal promotions, product launches, festivals, and marketing campaigns.

• Collaborate with the marketing, operations, culinary, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

• Prepare artwork for print production and coordinate with printing vendors to ensure quality output.

• Design packaging and product labels while ensuring compliance with branding and regulatory requirements.

• Edit and enhance food photography and visual assets for use in marketing materials.

• Stay updated on design trends, food branding, hospitality marketing, and social media content formats.

• Maintain an organized library of design files, templates, and brand assets.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.

• 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience.

• Prior experience working with cafés, restaurants, bakeries, food production companies, hospitality brands, or food and beverage businesses.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, packaging, menu design, and digital marketing projects.

• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual communication.

Technical Skills

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe Illustrator

• Adobe InDesign

• Adobe Lightroom (preferred)

• Adobe After Effects (basic knowledge preferred)

• Canva (preferred)

• Figma (preferred)

• Microsoft Office Suite
