Graphic Designer

1️⃣ Designing Responsibilities (CorelDRAW – Mandatory)

• Create artwork and layouts in CorelDRAW as per customer requirement

• Design personalized products (name plates, trophies, calendars, gift articles, etc.)

• Prepare print-ready and laser-ready files

• Convert customer logos into vector format

• Maintain proper dimension scaling for production

• Ensure zero spelling/design errors before production

2️⃣ Machine Operations (CO2 Laser / Fiber Laser / Other Machines)

• Operate CO2 Laser machine for MDF, wood, acrylic engraving & cutting

• Operate Fiber Laser for metal engraving

• Set correct power, speed & depth parameters

• Ensure precision cutting and engraving quality

• Perform test runs before final production

• Maintain production efficiency and minimize wastage

3️⃣ Production Execution

• Understand order sheet and customization details

• Coordinate with sales team for design approval

• Execute products as per approved design

• Ensure finishing quality before dispatch

• Meet daily production targets

4️⃣ Quality Control

• Check alignment, finishing & engraving clarity

• Ensure no burn marks or design defects

• Avoid material wastage

• Maintain product quality consistency

5️⃣ Inventory & Material Handling

• Maintain record of raw materials (MDF, acrylic, metal sheets, etc.)

• Inform management about low material stock

• Proper handling and storage of materials

• Avoid machine downtime due to poor planning

6️⃣ Machine Maintenance

• Clean machine lenses and mirrors regularly

• Perform routine maintenance

• Report technical issues immediately

• Ensure safety measures while operating machines

7️⃣ Order & Data Coordination

• Maintain record of completed jobs

• Save design files properly (client-wise folder system)

• Maintain backup of important artwork

• Update order status regularly
