Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop visually appealing designs for digital and print media. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, creativity, branding, and visual communication, along with proficiency in graphic design software.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging graphics, banners, brochures, flyers, posters, and marketing materials.

• Design social media posts, advertisements, website graphics, and digital campaigns.

• Develop creative concepts and layouts in line with the company's brand guidelines.

• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and content teams to understand design requirements.

• Edit images, illustrations, and layouts to meet project objectives.

• Prepare print-ready artwork and digital files according to required specifications.

• Ensure consistency in branding, colors, fonts, and visual identity across all platforms.

• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.

• Review feedback and make necessary revisions to designs.

• Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.

• Knowledge of Canva and other creative design tools is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout design.

• Creativity, attention to detail, and a good sense of aesthetics.

• Ability to understand creative briefs and translate ideas into effective designs.

• Good communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

• A portfolio showcasing previous design work is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.

• Familiarity with social media design requirements and digital marketing.

• Knowledge of UI/UX design tools such as Figma is an added advantage.

• Understanding of printing processes and production requirements.
