Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience in the printing industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing print-ready artwork for a wide range of materials including brochures, business cards, packaging, signage, labels, graphics, banners, and more. A strong understanding of pre-press requirements, color theory, and various printing techniques is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design high-quality artwork for print materials according to client or internal briefs.

• Prepare files for offset, digital, large-format, and screen printing processes.

• Ensure all designs are print-ready, including correct bleed, crop marks, and color modes (CMYK, spot colors, etc.).

• Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and production staff to understand project objectives and specifications.

• Proof and revise designs before going to print.

• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

• Maintain organized archives of design files and job records.

• Stay updated on printing trends, materials, and software tools.

• Assist in developing templates and style guides for repetitive or branded work.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the printing industry.

• Proficiency in Corel Draw, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) is Mandatory.

• Solid understanding of print production and file preparation.

• Knowledge of color management, Pantone Matching System (PMS), and resolution standards.

• Attention to detail and strong layout skills.

• Excellent communication and time-management abilities.

• Ability to take constructive feedback and implement changes efficiently.

• Degree or diploma or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is mandatory.

• It is a Full Time గ్రాఫిక్ / వెబ్ డిజైనర్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
