Job Title: Graphic Designer & Video Editor
Experience Required: 1–3 Years
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and efficient Graphic Designer & Video Editor to handle our day-to-day visual content. In this role, your primary focus will be delivering high-quality static graphics, with a secondary focus on editing engaging short-form videos. If you have a year or two of professional experience, move quickly in Canva, and know your way around Premiere Pro to make a Reel look great, we want you on our team.
What You Will Do
Graphic Design (Primary): Design engaging social media posts, carousels, digital ads, and basic marketing collateral from brief to final export.
Basic Video Editing (Secondary): Edit short-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts). This involves trimming footage, adding text overlays, basic transitions, and syncing trending audio.
Brand Consistency: Work within our brand guidelines to ensure all visual assets maintain a cohesive look and feel across platforms.
Format Adaptation: Efficiently resize and reformat approved designs and videos for various aspect ratios (1:1, 9:16, 16:9).
Asset Management: Organize project files cleanly and manage multiple daily deliverables without missing deadlines.
What You Need to Bring (Tools & Skills)
Design Tools: High-level speed and proficiency in Canva (this will be your primary daily workflow).
Preferred Design Tools: Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop / Illustrator) for tasks that require custom design work beyond Canva's capabilities.
Video Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (our main tool for video editing). Experience with fast, mobile-friendly apps like CapCut, VN Editor, or Canva Video for quick turnarounds is a bonus.
Professional Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role (agency or in-house), meaning you understand how to take creative feedback and implement revisions quickly.
Visual Sense: A solid grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and current social media trends.
