OORJITA PROJECTS Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual design and the ability to transform ideas and business requirements into compelling visual content across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging designs for social media, websites, digital campaigns, advertisements, presentations, brochures, flyers, banners, and other marketing materials.

• Develop creative concepts and visual assets in line with the company’s brand identity.

• Design social media posts, reels covers, stories, promotional creatives, and campaign materials.

• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and management teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions.

• Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colors, imagery, and overall visual communication.

• Edit and enhance photographs, images, and other visual content as required.

• Prepare print-ready and digital-ready artwork according to required specifications.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• Stay updated with current graphic design trends, social media formats, and creative best practices.

• Revise designs based on feedback and ensure final outputs meet quality standards.

• Maintain an organized library of design files, brand assets, templates, and creative resources.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.

• 0–1 year of relevant experience in graphic design; freshers with a strong portfolio may also be considered.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.

• Knowledge of CorelDRAW, InDesign, Figma, or other design tools will be an advantage.

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and branding.

• Good knowledge of social media design requirements and digital marketing creatives.

• Strong attention to detail and a good sense of aesthetics.

• Ability to understand creative briefs and convert concepts into effective visual designs.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to manage deadlines and work on multiple assignments efficiently.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.

• Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

• Basic understanding of UI/UX design.

• Photography or image-editing skills.

• Knowledge of current design and social media trends.
