Key Responsibilities
• Design engaging visual content including social media graphics, banners, brochures, email templates, presentations, and marketing collateral
• Develop and maintain brand identity across all communication materials
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and stakeholders to understand design briefs and deliver creative solutions
• Create and edit digital assets for websites, landing pages, and online campaigns
• Prepare files for both print and digital production, ensuring correct formats and specifications
• Revise designs based on feedback while meeting project deadlines
• Maintain an organized asset library and follow brand guidelines consistently
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent portfolio)
• 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Experience with digital design (social media, web graphics, email)
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Good communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
• Experience with Figma, Canva, or Sketch
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects / Premiere
