Graphic Designer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with 6 months to 1 year of experience who can create clean, engaging, and attention-grabbing designs for social media and ads.

Your main focus will be designing creatives for:

Facebook & Instagram ads

Social media posts

Promotional graphics

Key Responsibilities:

Design social media creatives (posts, banners, ad images)

Create Facebook & Instagram ad creatives

Convert given content into visually appealing designs

Work on multiple variations of creatives

Maintain consistent design style and branding

Collaborate with the marketing team for content execution

Required Skills:

Basic experience in social media design

Familiarity with ad creatives (Facebook/Instagram)

Tools: Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma

Understanding of layouts, typography, and colour usage

Ability to create clean and modern designs

Basic knowledge of Reels or short video editing

Can create self-explanatory reels for the brand promotion

Ability to create simple reels/short videos (including basic selfie-style videos) to explain services for social media.

What We’re Looking For:

Someone with 6 months to 1 year of experience

Ability to follow simple design briefs

Can create attention-grabbing creatives

Willingness to learn and improve

Basic understanding of what works on social media

Good to Have (Bonus):

Basic knowledge of Reels or short video editing

Experience in education or a similar industry

Understanding of simple ad elements like headline, CTA

Work Expectations:

Task - Expectation

Creative Output - 2–3 designs/day

Revisions - As per feedback

Collaboration - Work with the marketing team
