Key Responsibilities
Develop creative concepts and visual designs for digital and print media.
Create social media creatives, advertisements, banners, presentations, brochures, packaging, and marketing materials.
Maintain and strengthen brand identity and visual consistency across all communication.
Lead design projects from concept to final execution while meeting deadlines.
Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and other teams to understand design requirements.
Review and provide creative direction on designs produced by junior designers.
Develop layouts, typography, color palettes, illustrations, and other visual elements.
Adapt designs for multiple platforms, formats, and screen sizes.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work according to business requirements.
Prepare final artwork and production-ready files for digital and print use.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in graphic design or a related field.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and commercial design work.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign in AI Tools to combine them in creative
Experience with Figma and other modern design tools is an advantage.
